Metamorphosis – A look at a sense of belonging

Internal reflection and sharing events (moments when the entire Resiway family gets together) have been gaining dimension in our work culture, with the aim of having one supreme value: to take care of the bonds between (our) People and (our) Organization.

This bond seeks to deepen the personal ties established between all the members of the Resiway family, as well as to collectively share the knowledge and experiences responsible for all our successes.

The question, or a good question, at these events is whether the human symptoms of affection are that important and whether we need the energy of relationships with all the gregarious and social sense – that is, “what connects us emotionally to Resiway?” or, “what feelings connect us to a collective purpose?” I think we all got overwhelming answers to these questions at our last family reunion.

We undoubtedly want to be an organization that allows our people to act with their minds and hearts. We accept that each person is different and has different ways of seeing and feeling about the organization. It is therefore in this plurality that we must establish the connections or affective bonds that are essential to building positive and lasting relationships, as well as a distinctive organizational identity.

Here we reinforce our paradigm: caring for people means managing empathy and affections, both positive and negative.

Imbued with an unshakeable determination, we build working relationships based on true and reciprocal feelings, which leads us to an increasingly solid organizational belonging.

In this stage of organizational metamorphosis, we accept aspects that foster feelings of belonging and the sharing of certain values embedded in our journey – in other words, we are willing to change, we are able to strengthen satisfaction and dissipate accommodation, we belong to a group of humans who dream of a “giant” world, we assert ourselves with pride and enthusiasm, we share the desire for a “common” future, and above all, we like our People.

And, not least, our eyes glaze over with emotion whenever we feel our People. Our Organization.
